The Cathedral Parish is participating in a Parish-wide Survey!
DISCIPLE MAKER INDEX~ SURVEY IS NOW AVAILABLE ~
The leadership of the Cathedral Parish wants to help our
parishioners in their spiritual growth to be better disciples
of Christ by taking the Disciple Maker Index survey. Go to
this link:

After the welcome page, you will be asked to select your
diocese (click the “Diocese of St. Augustine”). On the next
page, in the drop down menu that asks you to select your
parish, please select “Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine”.
The survey will take about 10-15 minutes. We are asking
each adult and all teenagers (15 years of age and older) to
complete the survey before November 15.
For those who do not have access to internet services or for
those uncomfortable doing such surveys “on-line,” there
will be opportunities for you to take the survey on paper
after all Masses on October 17-18 or on the evening of October 21.
