November 30: City of Life/City of Light prayer serviceMonday, November 30 at 6:00 p.m. the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Augustine will host “City of Life/City of Light” prayer service. Sponsored by the Community of Sant’ Egidio of Rome, the prayer service
will focus on praying for an end to the death penalty as well as for all who are imprisoned. The Cathedral’s rector, Father Thomas Willis, will preside at the service for Bishop Felipe Estévez. The homilist will be Deacon Jason Roy, Catholic prison chaplain in the Diocese of St. Augustine. All are invited.
